How has UEFA Euro 2021 faced the challenge of the popular footballing nations? Well, it has been a challenge which football fans have accepted as one which needs to be overcome. This competition has been well planned and created by the European footballing governing body FIFA and the task of creating such an international competition was given the responsibility of the European footballing teams when they were in their countries for the 2021 FIFA World Cup. The online betting sites  for the tournament was quite tough and the governments had to agree to certain things before the tournament could be launched. These included a limit of non-participating nations and a limit of national teams for each team.

So how did UEFA Euro get round these issues? By creating the possibility of a qualifying tournament which involved all nations from the same country but with different groups. For instance, the group who finished third in the previous tournament, the runners up, would play against the second placed team from the same country in the qualifying rounds. It made sense because then the countries who finished first and second would have a team to face off against the runners up and therefore it would be easier for them to win the game. However there is another way of looking at this scenario and that is why there are now teams in the tournament who have never qualified for the competition before.

How has UEFA EUR 2021 tackled this new challenge? Through the introduction of a new qualification format which has been named the "Multi-national Qualifying System (MPRS)" and which brings the popularity of football to new levels for the footballing community all over the world. The new qualification system allows national teams who have a mixed playing strength, meaning teams from different ethnic backgrounds and playing in different competitions to all be accepted into the tournament. The reason why this is so important is simple; it gives the football lovers in those participating countries something to root for and to show their support for.

The Multi-National Qualifying System was introduced alongside the "UEFA Youth Cup" tournament, the very same competitions which are now played between the different football leagues from around the world. This competition allows the footballing nations to pit their teams against the teams from other nations and showcase the best players from their own football league - the "UEFA Youth Cup". This is in fact the same competition that the "UEFA European Cup" uses to determine the winner of the tournament and the qualification places within the European club football league. Now instead of just qualifying through the knock-out stage the MPSS ensures that a team's merits are put under the spotlight in the "UEFA Europe" finals. It is therefore fair for both teams and fans to get what they want from the competition as there is more of a level of interest and rivalry generated through the games played between the different clubs and national teams.

In the past the tournaments which comprised the "UEFA Europe" and "UEFA European Cup" have always had a limited number of games which required qualification. For instance, during the qualification phase for the "UEFA Europe" games only four games were played which meant that only four teams would qualify for the actual finals. The "UEFA Cup" on the other hand used twelve games in order to determine who would represent the different nations in the competition.

With the introduction of the MPSS the competition has been expanded to twenty-four teams in total. As of today there are twenty-four teams in the competition, which has made it the most widely known and popular soccer tournament in the entire world. Some European football countries which hosted the qualification phase for the "UEFA Europe" competition include Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latviaics, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakiaakian, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. While these are the countries which have participated in the competition, others like Croatia, Poland, Cyprus, Russia and others have qualified several times but have yet to actually win the trophy. The "UEFA Cup" is a competition which is a great solution for those fans who love football no matter where they live as it gives them the opportunity to witness high quality matches.
